A 2-storey 6 Bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms, recently re-decorated. The house distribution is as follows:

Living Room: Cosy living room with flat-screen smart TV, comfy sofa, some additional chairs and dining table.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all essential cutlery, pans, glasses, etc.
Bedroom 1: 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 2: 1x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 2x Single Bed
Bedroom 4: 1x Double Bed & 1 Single Bed
Bedroom 5: 1x Double Bed & 1 Sofa Bed
Bedroom 6: 2x Single Bed

Once the reservation is made we will need you to send us a photo of your ID or Passport due to the guest registration process that we must take for security.

Guest access: A self-check-in system is in place, there is a key locker with a code that we will provide you on the day of check-in.

Check-in between 15:00 and 23:00. Checkout before 10:00. Maximum 15 guests.

This is a house run by Kandaka Properties Ltd. We have some other properties around Leeds and Leicester areas in case you were interested in other locations or have a few groups that wish to book simultaneously. Feel free to ask us about our availability.
