Welcome to our large charming house three-storey terraced house, featuring a nicely decorated full kitchen and dining area. Our modern home offers comfortable bedding, ample spaces located in the Cross Green area. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the house, with 2 bathrooms and 9 beds distributed as below. The house is ideal for 8 to 9 people to stay. Nevertheless, it has a maximum capacity for up to 10 guests

Bedroom 4: 2x Single Beds & 1x Sofa Bed

Please Note: Once the reservation is made we will need you to send us a photo of your ID or Passport due to the guest registration process that we must take for security.

Guest access: A self-check-in system is in place, there is a key locker with a code that we will provide you on the day of check-in.

Check-in between 15:00 and 23:00. Checkout before 10:00. Maximum 10 guests. No pets, no events and no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.

This is a house run by Kandaka Properties Ltd. We have some other properties around Leeds area in case you were interested in other locations or have a few groups that wish to book simultaneously. Feel free to ask us about our availability.
